Kiera was fidgety, distracted, clumsy and lacked confidence with her reading and writing.

After some new lenses in her glasses and practising some hearing and movement exercises for a year - she is a new child.  Kiera feels totally different. She doesn't bump into anything and feels so confident and able to navigate her way around high school.
